Refund policy

At Bachpan Bazar, customer satisfaction is important to us, but to maintain fairness and prevent misuse, we follow a strict return policy.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted ONLY in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or non-functional (for electric toys).

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A clear, complete unboxing video is STRICTLY REQUIRED as proof for any return, replacement, or refund request.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The shipping label
    • The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
    • The damaged/defective product issue clearly visible

No Video = No Claim

Without a valid unboxing video, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product ordered by customer
  • Minor color/design variation
  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use
  • Claims raised without unboxing video proof

Return Request Timeline

  • Any damaged or defective product issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Refund / Replacement Process

  • Once the claim is verified and approved, we may provide either:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A refund (if replacement is unavailable)

The final decision regarding refund/replacement rests solely with Bachpan Bazar.
